    • Cancellations made 21+ days prior to the event receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

    • Cancellations made 8–20 days prior receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future SICK DAY event.

    • Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event are non-refundable.

  • If the tournament is canceled by the organizer, players will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

    • Events proceed rain or shine unless the host course officially closes its facilities.

    • If severe weather results in a rescheduled date, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date.

  • Every golfer receives custom SICK DAY swag, which typically includes branded gear like hats, balls, and other premium accessories.

    • Yes, a digital "Terms of Participation" must be agreed to during registration.

    • Additionally, all players are required to sign a physical or digital liability and media release at the check-in tent on the day of the event.

  • Yes, by registering, you grant SICK DAY the right to use photographs and video from the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
